Application to University

One usual night lingering in the shadows of the moon,
I was thoughtless wondering what to do when i came across something that interested me on youtube.
That would be the sample videos on how people managed their interview at Cambridge University.

Come to think of it,
It's almost our turn to be sitting in that room,
looking into the eyes of the interviewers answering those questions.
Can we take on this task?
It seems pretty tough to me.

Well,
I might seem easy conversing in daily life with friends, teachers, parents, neighbours, and teammates.
But,
there is something distinctive from that and...this.
Firstly,
It's in English.
I don't really converse as well as I can in Chinese language.
Secondly,
It's not anymore trash talking. According to one of my teacher, we spend about 90% of our talking time on rubbish. Well this doesn't prove that we don't utilize our time well but it proves that we're not boring people.
Good way of convincing ourselves, Great.
Thirdly,
Questions presented upon are normally general, something they would ask in your certain field. For example, if you're applying for a course on Biology, they would probably ask you questions like: What do you think  is important in Biology ?
Fourthly,
They usually look on applicants' personal statement and who have done some projects in school related to their chosen courses and questions a little bit about that.
Fifthly,
Applicants normally require a minimum full A's in A-level. I wonder how do I manage that without taking A-levels.

Normally, what they are looking for are students who....
-reseach the course carefully
-have real enthusiasm for the subject
-willing to try and think and argue and think for themselves
-open to new ideas
-use concepts and factual information in interview and the whole learning process

They normally encounter 2 rounds of interview, with 4 interviewers. At the end of it, they gather various information about the applicant and make the FINAL decision of his entrance to Cambridge University.

Quite a bit of dodgy aye?
